FAULTIES AND RETURNS POLICY

FAULTY RETURNS

The following steps must be followed:
  • The Cartridge Compamy cannot take back product that is empty or damaged by the end user customer. Therefore the staff must check and ensure that the product is faulty when taking the product back from the end user..
  • The Cartridge company must obtain a detailed fault description from their end user and submit this with the return so that our suppliers can evaluate the reason for the fault.
  • The Cartridge Company reserves the right to reject any faulty return should the product be found not to be faulty.
  • End User to return the stock to The Cartridge Company. The following items must be supplied:

    Copy of original invoice
    Detailed description to support the claim.
    (Goods will not be accepted back without all of the above mentioned)
  • The Cartridge Company delivery staff may under no circumstances take stock back to while on their deliveries.
  • The Cartridge Company will endeavour to process the credit for the faulty return as soon as possible but a minimum of 7 days will be required.
  • Replacement stock is not automatically invoiced out so if the end user requires replacement stock, they will be required to place an order with the sales staff.
  • All faulty stock must be returned to the branch where it was invoiced from.
STOCK RETURNS

The following steps must be followed:
  • All stock will only be accepted back to The Cartridge company at the discretion of T.C.C.
  • Returns will only be considered if:
    - Stock is returned within 7 days of invoice.
    - Stock is un-opened.
    - The product is not near expiry o Packaging is not damaged
    - No additional stickers have been placed on the boxes
  • End User is to contact their sales person to receive email confirmation for the return.
  • Only once email confirmation is obtained, can the reseller return the product to the branch from where the stock was originally purchased.
  • " Reseller to return the stock to The Cartridge Company. The following items must be supplied:
    -Copy of original invoice
    -Email confirmation supplied by sales person
    (Goods will not be accepted back without all of the above mentioned.)
  • Delivery staff may under no circumstances take stock back to The Cartridge Company while on their deliveries.
  • Stock must be returned to our premises within 5 working days after the confirmation has been issued.
  • The Cartridge Company reserves the right to administer a 10% handling fee for products that are returned outside of the procedure mentioned above.
